Distributable CAD Libraries For Semiconductor Companies |
Improve your customer relationship and bottom line by helping OEMs with TTM
Accelerated Designs offers Semiconductor companies the fastest method to provide component information
to their customers in the EDA / CAD format they need. This methodology can save
an OEM weeks in their development cycles. Called BULET*, it combines the Schematic
Symbol, the PCB Footprint and the 3D Model of the part in a binary file that can
be downloaded by the OEM.

What is unique
about BULET is that ADI provides a free reader to the OEM that allows the customer
to then export the component data directly into their EDA, CAD and MCAD tools. This
relieves the OEM from having to create the symbol and footprint from a datasheet,
which is a time-consuming and an error-prone process. It also relieves the Semiconductor
company from supporting multiple EDA/CAD tools in-house. Now Semiconductor companies
can better support ALL of their customers no matter what PCB Design tools they use.
National Semiconductor and Microchip are already using BULET to deliver Part content
to their customers. More Details..
