Additionally, for each person downloading our software from your site, we would like to have registration data from them, including email, voice number, job description and company name and location.  This would allow us to get a better idea of who is using our tool and to assist in sales efforts. In return we will provide the Ultra Librarian reader or "Lite" version to you for distribution free of cost, as well as offer to keep this product updated on your site for the length of time that you provide VNF's and our reader to your customers.  This will keep you from having to keep your CAD models up-to-date as CAD vendors change formats. etc. Tools for internal use as well as maintenance on those tools will be provided at a 50% discount from list price, in case you see value in using our tool within your own organization.
