Unfortunately the directories are still being created empty after running the updated tool.
Under C:\UltraLibrarian is found logfile.txt but doesn't seem to contain any logs of the last run. It seems an installation log.
Is there a log file I can quickly look at and figure what is not being liked by the program that is preventing it from generating the files?
I tried generating Eagle, Allegro and several other export formats. They all create empty directories. It seems my installation is incapable of generating anything at all. It can read the bxl files and I can see the pattern and the symbol. As soon as I hit the "Export to selected tools" button, all three windows of the program close. There might be a small window that opens for a split second with some info, but it is so fast that we can't read whatever is being presented to us.
We tried importing some Texas Instruments bxl files but the results were the same. Ultra Librarian Reader probably doesn't like something in our machine setup, there might be a conflict, or something is missing, but we have no idea what that can be.
To be sure we also did the following:
- Completely uninstall the program.
- Install the updated program with no other programs running.
- Run the program.
Thanks for the generated files, but unfortunately we have several tens of patterns to process and we might need a working reader installation nevertheless.
We appreciate the help very much.
